{"id":1534,"date":"2024-01-22T23:40:56","date_gmt":"2024-01-22T22:40:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.legambientevda.it\/?p=1534"},"modified":"2024-02-01T23:51:01","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T22:51:01","slug":"comunicato-congiunto-di-legambiente-e-salvalodil-29-gennaio-nuova-udienza-ad-aosta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legambientevda.it\/index.php\/2024\/01\/22\/comunicato-congiunto-di-legambiente-e-salvalodil-29-gennaio-nuova-udienza-ad-aosta\/","title":{"rendered":"COMUNICATO CONGIUNTO DI LEGAMBIENTE E SALVALOD:IL 29 GENNAIO NUOVA UDIENZA AD AOSTA."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\">Legambiente Valle d\u2019Aosta e il Comitato Salva Lod (Comitato per la salvaguardia del lago Lod e dell\u2019ambiente a Chamois) ricordano che il prossimo<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><b> 29 gennaio riprender\u00e0<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\">, presso il Tribunale di Aosta, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><b>l\u2019udienza predibattimentale a riguardo del prelievo non autorizzato di acqua dal lago Lod<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"> di Chamois. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\">Ricordiamo che <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\">da marzo a giugno 2022 furono volutamente dirottate altrove le acque del Ru Novales che affluiscono al Lago, determinando un <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\">anomalo abbassamento del livello del lago e il conseguente deturpamento paesaggistico e danneggiamento ambientale delle specie di flora e fauna sottoposte a tutela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\">Gli imputati, accusati a vario titolo, sono il Sindaco di Chamois e l\u2019allora Presidente del Consorzio di Miglioramento Fondiario, oltre ad un operatore della societ\u00e0 Cervino s.p.a. in relazione ai prelievi per l\u2019innevamento. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\">I loro difensori, all\u2019avvio della precedente udienza svoltasi il 19 ottobre 2023, avevano presentato delle eccezioni che il Giudice si \u00e8 riservato di analizzare. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\">Nella seduta del 29 gennaio il Giudice dovr\u00e0 pronunciarsi rispetto alle eccezioni, cos\u00ec come dovr\u00e0 esprimersi in merito alla richiesta, avanzata da Legambiente, di poter partecipare al processo in qualit\u00e0 di parte civile, a difesa dell\u2019ambiente.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Legambiente Valle d\u2019Aosta e il Comitato Salva Lod (Comitato per la salvaguardia del lago Lod e dell\u2019ambiente a Chamois) ricordano che il prossimo 29 gennaio riprender\u00e0, presso il Tribunale di Aosta, l\u2019udienza predibattimentale a riguardo del prelievo non autorizzato di acqua dal lago Lod di Chamois.
